NOTE: This only applies when purchased directly via iBath Official Website. Any issues or after-sales help for the items bought via eBay, Amazon, or any 3rd Party Marketplace will not be dealt with via the procedures mentioned below.
Product Warranty
Products that qualify for the manufacturer's warranty will be covered by the warranty for that particular product. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a 5-year warranty on defective products for all eligible products after purchase. This means that if a manufacturing defect occurs under normal use, we will be responsible for repairs or replacements.
Parts Warranty
For the parts we provide, there is a 6-month warranty period. If a part is found to be defective within this period, please contact us in time and we will handle it for you.

Warranty Exceptions
Please note that all items reported as defective will be tested by the manufacturer (iBath). If the item is determined not to be defective, or the defect is deemed to be caused by damage or misuse, this will void any warranty. In this case, the item will be returned to you at your expense without refund or replacement.

Measuring 60 inches in length, 34 inches in width, and 4 inches in height (1524mm x 864mm x 100mm), this base is ideal for three-wall alcove installations, featuring integrated tile flanges on three sides to ensure a secure and watertight setup.
Crafted from high-quality acrylic, the shower base boasts a multi-layer construction reinforced with durable fiberglass and ABS materials. This design not only offers a stain-resistant surface but also ensures easy maintenance and long-lasting durability. The left-positioned drain is pre-cut to accommodate a standard 2-inch drain (drain not included), facilitating straightforward plumbing connections.
