iBath Return & Refund Policy

Before placing your order, please read our policy carefully to understand the return and refund process. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.

NOTE: This policy only applies to purchases made directly through the official iBath website. For items purchased via Amazon, eBay, or any third-party marketplace, please contact the respective platform for after-sales service.

1. Refund Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. From the date you receive the product, if you are not satisfied and the product is unopened, you may contact us within 30 days to initiate a return and receive a refund.

Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, installed, or worn.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed within 3–10 business days after approval. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—sometimes it takes time for refunds to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing can take a few business days.

2. Returns Policy

To return a product, please email us at ibathshowerdoor@outlook.com.

  • Customer reasons (e.g., wrong purchase or dislike of product): A $100 return logistics and warehousing fee will apply.
  • Our reasons (e.g., product defect, wrong item, out of stock): We will reissue your product or process a return/refund at no additional cost to you.

Note: We do not provide exchanges. All items must be returned for a refund.

If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. iBath is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

3. Return and Refund Process

Customer Reasons (wrong item ordered or product dislike)

  1. Contact us: Email ibathshowerdoor@outlook.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval:
    • If the order hasn’t shipped, we will cancel it and process a refund.
    • If the order has shipped, you will need to wait until delivery and then arrange the return. A $100 logistics and handling fee will apply.
  3. Refund amount confirmation: After deducting applicable fees, we’ll confirm the refund amount and provide a return shipping label (when applicable).
  4. Shipping notification: Notify us once the product is shipped back.
  5. Refund: After inspection at our warehouse, we will issue the refund.

Our Reasons (product defect, wrong item, out of stock)

  1. Contact us: Email ibathshowerdoor@outlook.com with details and photos (if applicable).
  2. Resolution:
    • Reissue: We will send a replacement at no cost to you and provide tracking information.
    • Return: We will provide a prepaid return label; logistics costs are covered by iBath.
  3. Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

4. Wrong Products

Wrong item ordered:

  • If not shipped: We can cancel or update your order.
  • If shipped: No changes can be made; a return will be required after delivery.

Wrong item received: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to resend the correct product and arrange return of the wrong item at no cost to you.

5. Products Not Received or Damaged

Product not delivered: Contact us at ibathshowerdoor@outlook.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend the product or process a refund at no cost to you.

Product damaged or faulty: Contact us with photos and details. We will either resend the item or process a return and refund. Please return the faulty item and any accessories in their original packaging when requested. After inspection, we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Note: Refunds may be reduced if the returned product is missing parts, damaged, or shows signs of use.

6. We Cannot Accept Returns If:

  • The item has been used but is not defective.
  • Parts originally included are missing.
  • We are not notified within 30 days of delivery.

7. Exchanges

We do not provide exchanges. Items must be returned for a refund.
