Policies Regarding Products Purchased on ibathshowers.com

RETURNS

You may return products purchased on ibathshowers.com if you initiate the return process within 30 days of your purchase date and follow these procedures:

  • All items and components must be returned in their original packaging, including corner protectors on glass panels, components in their original boxes, and all boxes securely packed in the original overpack box and strapped to a pallet.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns will be accepted only if all items are in as-new, resalable condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned products (within five (5) business days of delivery to our warehouse), iBath will issue a refund to the original purchaser, minus the original shipping costs and a $25 processing fee.
  • This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from ibathshowers.com. If your purchase was made through another retailer, please contact that retailer for return assistance.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please inspect all components immediately upon delivery. iBath is committed to resolving any issues with damaged products promptly.

If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within five (5) business days of delivery at ibathshowerdoor@outlook.com. At our discretion, iBath will repair or replace any damaged item at no cost to you.

This policy does not cover items damaged by the customer or installer.

To qualify for replacement parts, please send clear photos of the damaged component, its packaging, and any relevant documentation along with your order details to ibathshowerdoor@outlook.com.

Claims for damaged products made after five (5) business days from delivery will not be covered, and customers will be responsible for the cost of replacement items and shipping.

MISSING PARTS

When your order arrives, please check that all components are included before installation.

If any parts or hardware are missing, please notify us within five (5) business days of delivery by emailing ibathshowerdoor@outlook.com.

We will promptly send the missing parts and provide a tracking number.

iBath is not responsible for any installer fees or scheduling delays caused by missing parts that are not reported before installation.
